FOR SINGPOST DELIVERY
Parcels will be dispatched on the same day or the next business day after payment has been verified except weekends & Public Holiday.
With effect from 15 March 2017, we regret to inform that local normal mail will be removed from our delivery option and we will only be using AM mail or registered mail.
For AM Mail Delivery, it will usually be delivered to the recipient’s letterbox by the next working day after being dispatched.
It does not come with tracking number, however every parcel comes with a delivery number.
For Local Registered Mail, we uses Smartpac which comes with a tracking number whereby you can track via www.singpost.com. It will be posted to the recipient’s letterbox if no one is around to collect the parcel during the delivery.
In the rare event whereby customer do not receive their parcel after more than a week, please notify us. We will be glad to follow up and assist you in finding your parcel.
We highly recommend customer to opt for Registered Mail to prevent any lost or delay in delivery.
Parcels can be tracked via www.singpost.com > Track Items.
FOR MEET-UP COLLECTION
If you have opted for a Meet Up Collection , you will be notified via SMS to arrange an appointment for collection.
