RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges applies only to merchandises purchased on Kissablebella website.
Refunds are strictly not allowed if item does not fit as measurements are clearly stated on the website.
We allow size exchange or returns for store credit if item does not fit well.
Exchanges are only valid on regular priced items without any discount codes or promotional offers.
Store credit cannot be exchanged to cash. It will not expire and can be used during your next purchase.
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
1) Defective merchandise received
2) Incorrect merchandise received
3) Incorrect Size.
FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED:
A defective merchandise is defined as an item that has manufacturing defects such as holes, stains, faulty zips or missing parts like buttons. We will do an exchange to the exact same item. Only in the event that the item is Out of Stock, customer may opt to exchange for another item of the same or higher value (Top-up is required) or a refund.
FOR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE RECEIVED:
We will do an exchange to the correct item. Kissablebella will reimburse the postage cost for the return. In the event that the item is Out of Stock, full refund will be issued to the customer.
FOR INCORRECT SIZE:
No exchange for One-sized items as measurements are stated on our website under descriptions. We will allow a size exchange if the size is still available. However, top up of $3.50 is required for the new delivery & return postage cost will be borne by the customer.
Requests for exchange/return for the following reasons will be rejected:
1) Slight colour differences are inevitable due to discrepancies from individual computers or tech devices.
2) Fabric placement for printed items may vary for every individual pieces.
3) Loose threads or slight misalignment of seams are not considered as defects.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
To request for a return, please kindly notify us via email at email@example.com with email subject " Defective / Incorrect merchandise received " as well as your Order Number and image of defected part of the item. Please do not send the item(s) back on your own accord.
In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
All returns & exchanges have to be done within 10 days from date of shipment. Any request for returns & exchanges thereafter will not be entertained.
2) Returned item(s) must be in brand new condition, unwashed & unworn in their original plastic packaging with tag intact. Kissablebella reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude that item is not in a brand new and sellable condition. Customer shall borne the cost of delivery to get the item back.
3) Defective item(s) will only be accepted if it's unworn, unwashed. We reject any returns once the item has been washed.
4) A replacement piece will only be posted out upon receipt of the returned package.
At any time, Kissablebella reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the return item doesn't meet the above conditions.
